We have puppy courses that run on a Monday evening. In addition, we have recently introduced a training course for puppies 6 months and older, which is held on a Tuesday. The course runs for 6 weeks and exercises for the courses include (depending on age and agility):
Walking to heel. Recall. Drop on recall. Sit down and stand stay. Retrieve. Touch. Tunnel. Small agility course.	Distance control. Food test. Temperament test. Dog to dog issues. Nervous dogs. How to interact with your dog. Cueing into you only. Excitability.
As with all our training we teach it based on the click and reward system as it as a very kind and effective way to train your dog, whatever their age. Therefore, please do not worry if you have not experienced any clicker training, we will show you how.
There is a set structure for the course but we will work it to suit your requirements depending on your ability. If there is anything, in particular, that you wish to practice then please do let us know.
Classes are held at Wroughton Parish Hall on Tuesday evenings at 18:30hrs. Please bring your dog on a nylon / leather collar & lead. We do sell and advise you what is best for your dog as you will see during the course.
